1. License types

Free provides basic features, while Pro is enabled after paid license purchase.

2. License usage rights

Pro licenses are intended for the purchaser's own use and can be used with no time limit after a one-time purchase. One concurrent active device is allowed per license. When changing devices or reinstalling, you can continue using Pro by deactivating the previous active device and transferring to the new one. Unauthorized sharing, resale, or key distribution is prohibited and may result in license restrictions.

3. Pricing and payment

Displayed prices may change, and the checkout terms at the time of payment take precedence.

4. Refund policy

Reminder Injector provides a free trial so users can fully evaluate the product before purchase. The trial starts automatically after extension installation, and Pro features can be tested in the user's actual environment.

• Simple dissatisfaction about feature scope, performance, or compatibility verifiable during the free trial is not refundable.
• Compatibility issues caused by updates from ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, browsers, or other third-party platforms are not refundable.
• When a refund is approved, the license is deactivated immediately.

5. Support scope

Browser and AI service UI changes may affect some features. The operator provides updates as quickly as reasonably possible within operational scope.
